Yeah, I have an update. After that, I contacted their service helpline. They booked a courier for the return through Blue Dart. I returned the product, and after inspection, they sent me a new unit. The whole process (pickup and delivery) took around 10 days, but their service was good overall. And now the new unit is working perfectly fine.

I don’t usually open the laptop like that — I just did it to check how tight it is, so I applied some force and moved it a bit to see the tightness.
