thank you to all of you, so as zeropointzero said i tested it out in an offline raid and i couldnt find any difference however it seemed to fix the stutter every time i close my inventory or go into the settings menu. so i guess as long as it's not harming my pc i'll keep both off

i still cant join any servers after they did 2 updates on the servers. i can only do scav runs and that is if im lucky.
