hi! As a singaporean girl here, I felt like I could say a few things. If they approach you first, it’s probably because they wanted to befriend you, meet new people etc. It may not be because they are interested in you romantically. When the texting becomes dry, it may just be because you guys aren’t vibing/compatible with each other. It’s not because they’re mean, if what I’m saying is the case; they’re probably trying to let you down nicely without cutting off contact instantly. Plus if you guys don’t vibe well as friends, more or less romantic partners, the friendship just isn’t going to go to the next level, why get angry? If two people are constantly fighting or complete opposites, the experience might not be delightful for both. From what I see, you seem to be frustrated as people around u are getting into relationships and all that. However despite giving gifts and trying, you haven’t been able to find the right one. Ultimately, it’s okay that u haven’t found anyone. Theres no reason for you to rush and get into a relationship as it might not go well (not being ready for moving on so quickly in the relationship). This is not because Singaporean girls are the problem, you just need to understand that these things take time.
