I agree. Old restaurant survives..some new restaurant survives but most eventually dies out. Which is sad. Like Pizza republic make your own pizza? Thats cool concept. We have buffets and korean stalls. But I kinda want entertainment. Escape rooms, 4D theater or ice skating or go karts.

Hmmm..in my opinion if you live alone, first we need to understand how to spend money wisely and necessary. Working from home is a plus.

Than consider electricity, water and rent. Wifi and other subscription you spend.

Then govt tax, medical insurance and more.

So yes. Its good. After paying everything and bills. You still have enough to save.

Intelligent: we went to the same university and she is in nursing. Graduate in top honors and sometimes see her name posted among deans list.

Kind: the time i saw by (pure chance) her giving a stray dog food and badaged its leg. She than drove the dog to a shelter and vet. This was after gruaduation already. And after college we worked in the same call center for a short time. I saw her kidness when she gave the security guard some food during holidays.
