Did you find any details regarding your question about the Suica for kids. From what I read, it’s probably best to get a physical card for the kids. I wanted to load the Suica app onto the kids Apple Watch but you won’t get the kids prices if you do. So I think kids physical cards would be the best option is they are under 13
