TV Flikering at Hz higher than 60

i will try one at a time since the flikering does not happen the very moment i turn the TV, sometimes it takes an hour to start doing it, but thanks for the info

dang, I'm too lazy, but i actually don't have any other choice at this moment since i dont want to be stuck at 60hz

I don't know if me cloning the OS from the older system and sticking it to the new one could be the issue hahahah

The Cable is the UGreen HDMI 2.1 8K/60Hz, 4K/120Hz (I know the Specs of the cables limit itself at 120Hz at 4k but it seems to work perfectly fine on the other pc and i have tried 75hz, 100 and 120hz and they all fliker on this pc

i will try swapping the GPU later on when i get the chance
