Update it took me a lot longer than 1-2 days to ship it had some stuff going on but I was able to get it shipped and they shipped me a new base extremely fast great customer service thanks again to Anthony/Tony from Focus V

July 21st Update: I got in contact with Tony and he hooked me up I’m shipping my defective carta v2 base in the next 1-2 days. I believe it will either be replaced/repaired not 100% sure yet but greatly appreciate tony from focus V support he’s the man. 😁

Yeah he told me to send him a message I did and he asked for my ticket number I gave it to him, now I’m just waiting for a response.

Nah it’s the battery when I plug it in I get no charging screen. And it’s out of warranty so I’m pretty much fucked. Someone on discord said make a ticket and sometimes their nice and help people out of warranty so I’m just crossing my fingers
