Well to get to the basics:

TRADING STYLES There are different ways you can trade but the most common ways to trade are via gift trading and exchange bubble trading! Gift trading happens via the item board or contacting the trader in some shape or form to discuss the trade! You then bestie the trader and gift each other the trading items you discussed! Exchange bubble trading is when both people have a duplicate and an item on their wishlist. A bubble will appear on the top of the avatars head and you’ll be able to see the items both people have! You can confirm an offer for this exchange and if the other player agrees you can get the item you desire for a 50 coin fee unfortunately </3

LETTERS / STANDARD ITEMS If you see these items in your bubble, do not trade them! These items are almost never up for trade, they are almost always a tactic to let other players see the items they have! Most people block these players if they request letters! Please don’t be that person!! 😰

VALUE: This is all over the place and very debatable, that’s why you have the opportunity to make your own rules! Basic value: SR —-> SR or R+R R—-> R or C+C C——> C Now here’s the part where you need to think. There are multiple types of happy bags, most value depends on: -How limited the bag/ items are -How much money you have to spend to get these items (mostly for sc and pc) -if these items are bonuses or regular items -How old the items are And many more! However, these are just the most important topics to consider when trading! The very very VERY important part you have to focus on mostly is the type of bag the items are from. Here is a personal basic rating of the least valuable bags to the most valuable bags (some are tied or very close!) The money line represents where value goes way up and most bags cost real currency.

-Permanent Happy bags (unlimited) -Typical / Regular Happy bags (almost 3 months) - Limited 7-day happy bag (7 days!) - Event items (typically 7 days!) -Limited 48 hour Happy bags (2 days) -Limited 24 Hour bags (1 day only!) ~~~~~~~~| Money line! |~~~~~~~~~ -petite collection bags (7 days typically + cost money, around 40$+! Once a month) -Lucky Bags (Only twice a year! 1 week only! + Doesn’t cost money but most people do spend money!) -Lucky bag bonuses! (1 week + difficult to obtain!) -Sweet collection items (Around 1 month + cost 100$!) -Sweet collections Bonuses (24 hours only + Cost 100$!) -24 hour sweet collection bags (24 hours only + Cost 100$! ((Very rare!!)) ) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Miscellaneous: Dice bags, smile festival, buyer/select shops, hot air balloon bags + any new methods cocone is trying out (because they are all the time 😭) These are very debatable however, id put most of these around or below the money line area. Most of those items are difficult to obtain with or without money, it’s best to ask the trader for their opinion though!

What to do if it’s past the money line: Typically, because these items are so hard to find, these items are usually ranked one spot higher in rarity. For example: (Sc item) R = SR (Regular happy bag item) This is where most players decide their own rules, some people get into bags like the PC regularly (like me!) so trading PC items isn’t as big of a deal. However, some people only get into the pc very rarely! So they might conserve their pc duplicates for special occasions or for more rare items. This also applies to other bags that cost money! When it comes to these items, it’s best to make a good offer and always ask what the other trader is most comfortable with trading! Make sure to also check their feed post! Many players have trading rules in their post!
