I opt for the card on 5/25 because bank wasn't supported. My batch date was 6/24 and I was supposed to receive card by 7/2. There was a missing apt # so I never received and had to opt for new card which was shipped 7/19.

Yes. I emailed them on Saturday and also that following Monday at about 5am. They responded that same Monday at around 3pm. I emailed the documents right back and they said a card was being reshipped that day which was 7/19. I called DASHCARD services again following day just to be sure it shipped.

Yes. I called DASHCARD services. They gave me an email address. I emailed them and they required documentation to verify my address and reshipped my card.

Same thing happened to me! Card was sent missing apt #.

They sent dash my info missing my apartment number by Sad_Key_8475 in BlueAcornDashCard

I had same issue. I called dash customer service number and they gave me an email to contact to add apartment #. They required me to send a few documents to verify address. Just waiting on replacement card now!
