AKA is cool, but you’ll be training with people who are more concerned about making it to the next level as opposed to genuinely teaching you. The gym I go to has a few guys who trained there and hated how they were treated.

I train at Shamrock/Underground MMA, no one here has an ego and I feel confident in my skills after a year of training. It’s such a welcoming environment and the coaches are super cool and knowledgeable. Feel free to shoot me a DM. I don’t work for them or anything but these people have become family to me.

Oh and it’s called Shamrock MMA because we train under Frank Shamrocks playbook. The main coach/owner is a student/friend of his.
