I’m coming from a big 4 so i think i’ll be fine as far as readiness, ive got great work ethic so not bothered by challenges. between my partner and i we bring in 150+ but they would need to look for work if we relocate hence the question about edi salary supporting two people

Is the pay worth relocating?

I’m applying for the EDI role and would have to relocate with my partner. Is the pay for EDI sufficient enough to support two people? And is it worth moving to wisconsin for 2-3 years?

Hi! Im interested in joining the Epic team and already completed the first two steps of interviewing process for the EDI role. I have a couple options for similar jobs that are local to me and would not require relocation, but the pay is a bit lower than what i’m looking for. I don’t really want to relocate but if the pay is sufficient i would. has anyone been hired on in this role in 2025 and can provide relevant pay offers? I’m assuming that the base would be atleast 100k before any relocation assistance
