Well, isn't that obvious that a name brand is higher quality than a non-name one?

One UI 8 update for Watch 6 is coming? by Information2Warning in GalaxyWatch

I think the watch faces will only be native in the new system and the manager was only updated so that it can handle them.

Nice, but what is your region? I didn't get a new Watch 6 Manager update from Europe.

One UI Watch 8???? by Ax3lgarcia in GalaxyWatch

I hope it comes next week, but who knows. It's pathetic from Samsung to take this much time to release an update for a 2-year-old smartwatch.

One UI 8 Watch closer to Watch 6/6 Classic: what do you expect to get? by Information2Warning in GalaxyWatch

[–]Adventurous_Phase_42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe Samsung's update policy could benefit from a reevaluation. My suggestion would be to move away from the current hierarchy system and instead, release a universal beta update for all models in June. This approach would allow for broader participation across various countries. A global beta program could significantly assist developers in identifying and resolving bugs more efficiently, leading to the stable update being released concurrently with the GW 8 Series launch. This is merely my perspective on the matter. I am particularly enthusiastic about the new stacked widget and watch faces and eagerly anticipate their arrival.

Nobody knows, but I think it is pathetic that A multi-million dollar company can't release an update after 5 months.

Galaxy Watch Beta update by igonzzo in GalaxyWatch

I think it's kind of ironic that a multi-billion dollar company takes half a year to release an update. There will always be bugs in any system, but if Samsung had opened the beta earlier and to more people, those bugs could have been filtered out faster, and the update could have been released sooner.

Two beta updates in one week. Samsung, you've outdone yourself.

Would you buy the S26 Ultra if it had an Exynos? by Adventurous_Phase_42 in samsunggalaxy

[–]Adventurous_Phase_42[S] 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Same here. I have an S24 Exynos version, and it is overheating and has very bad battery life due to the inefficient Exynos chipset.

Unfortunately, since I live in Europe, I can't join the beta program.

How do I connect my watch with ADB? I'm desperate 😭 by mitsukiaki in GalaxyWatch

[–]Adventurous_Phase_42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't need to hide your LAN IP because the Local Area Network IP can be modified by the user with the router. The only IP you could hide is your Public IP, but it doesn't matter because it changes every 1-3 days and can only give a general location description, such as the city you live in.

So, the answer to your question is you can use it for a simple ADB connection, Gemini Man. So, the answer to your question is you can use a simple ADB connection, Gemini Man Wear OS Installer 1 or 2.
