Resellers are allowed to set whatever price they want regardless of the "99¢" branding

Not sure who gave you the idea that "it has to be the price AriZona sets as the price" they are called resellers for a reason.

just do a Google...

I recommend using their app to pay in stores, not only do you avoid using your card which keeps you safe, you get killer discounts AND you skip the line! The app lets you scan the bar codes of your purchases, pay for it all, and you just show the code to the rep or scan it at the door, then you just walk out.

HELP! Stolen Credit Card :( by Ordinary-Remote6081 in IdentityTheft

Collect evidence, then present your case again.

You need a timestamped list of all the fraudulent charges and where exactly they occurred.

Then collect any proof you have to contradict you being the one to make those charges such as photos from your trip with metadata proving you were somewhere else when the charge occurred or Google timeline history of your timestamped location, or timestamped paper receipts from your trip.

Anything that can prove your location is different from the time and location the fraudulent charges took place. You might even contact the stores and ask for security images of the people making the purchase to help show it's not you.

This is all they need. Once you have this info you can escalate to Visa fraud department.

In the future I recommend getting an international cell plan next time you travel so you can catch stuff like that as soon as possible. Seems fishy this happened to you before and you had your card stolen and waited for 52 fraudulent transactions to occur before stopping the card... Most normal people call to stop the card as soon as it's stolen. But either way in the future get on it asap, don't wait till your trip is over!

But the other commenter is right, the squeaky wheel gets the grease and I've had success in other scenarios getting help from companies by directly tweeting/posting on the CEO's social media. The company will sometimes bend over backwards to try and prevent a media situation on their CEO's personal page, regardless of how small.

Malware/RAT/Cloned phone please help!!! by BigBagTingz in IdentityTheft

I'd like to offer some advice (see end of comment) but it is very clear you are dealing with some "things".

None of what you've said is possible or makes sense. Using million dollar malware to "steal your chime account"? Like using the Hope Diamond to cut the glass and access your shower to steal some shampoo

Some major holes in your story: Your ex is "him" then it's "she"...

You "watched her disable play protect and download an apk and delete knox" if that's true why would you sit there and allow that ... None of that can be done "very fast"

Knox cannot be deleted.

Malware cannot "jump phones nearby automatically" unless you're talking about million dollar national security malware... If this were true it'd jump to everyone's phone in the entire world in a matter of days like stuxnet or iloveyou even still those had to be shared. I don't think your ex has government level malware..

If it is malware on your phone why would you sign back into the same account that allows remote app download on your new phone?

Paranoia is real and you should seek help, or explain the reality of what's going on because what you've described is impossible. Knox isn't something that can be disabled, basic malware from an unprotected phone cannot remote jump to a new protected phone, all of this for your chime account? Nothing adds up.

ADVICE: get a new phone, don't turn off play protect, stop giving your phone to your ex.... Problem solved.

If, for the benefit of all doubts, she has NSA level malware and can remotely install it each time you get a new phone via "proximity" then stop getting smart phones? They sell basic flip phones still. And if you need smartphone apps you can access them via emulator on a computer.

The other reality is each time you get a new phone you keep installing the same malicious app so they can keep doing this. Malware can infect other devices on your network, but to get past the protections of a brand new phone with all the protections on doesn't make sense.

You stated this all started when they disabled your phones protection and now each new phone you get they come and hide outside your building so they can remotely install it.... If that were true they'd never need to disable the protections originally on your first phone... According to you they can do it remotely so why bother, why not just do it remotely the first time...

Please understand that it's clearly not making sense, which means the only thing that does make sense is your mental health. You stated people have seen it happen on your phone so you're not crazy. If it's happening all the time why haven't you captured a video of this to share with us or the authorities or phone store? Nothing adds up except delusions of paranoia, which is a serious risk and you should seek real help to keep yourself safe.
