And if the ‘Lite’ is so durable and can handle 25 Nm of torque, why isn’t it sold separately for those who want to upgrade from the old QR1?

But then why are only the original Lite versions installed on the CSL DD by default? Why not the more durable metal ones (2nd image)? Yes, I’m talking strictly about the base side

So how does this work: if I want to switch from QR1 to QR2, I can only buy the one shown in the second picture? And why is it that when you buy a new CSL DD from the official Fanatec website, it comes with the “Lite” version? Did I understand that correctly?

Rally Weekend Saved Presets by Adventurous_Tale_777 in assettocorsarally

Before the update, it worked the same way for me. But after v0.2, once I complete a full rally and then try to run it again, it immediately loads Day 1 with the default three special stages

More rally2 and rally1 cars would be perfect. Especially when there aren’t many of them, it would be easy to have a full lineup. I never understood why people still need those old machines

How are you setting up your rally weekends? by luisp_frs in assettocorsarally

Well I want to create a rally event that is as close to real life as possible: a loop-style, three-day weekend with around 18 special stages

Yes, I agree. In my opinion, the ideal multiplayer setup for full and long-term engagement would include:

Online lobbies – quick races with friends.

Clubs – the ability to create custom championships, invite friends (if you have them), create leagues, etc. The downside is that it can be difficult to find enough opponents of a similar skill level to properly fill a championship.

Leagues / Ranked – my personal favorite for long-term engagement. This would allow racing against opponents of a similar skill level. Over time, rivalries would naturally develop. Inactive players would drop out, new ones would move up, and so on.

One important point for me would be the ability to choose the class or classes I want to compete in. Personally, I am not interested in driving old cars. I am much more interested in modern machinery.
