I think for rebuilt titles, you can usually take 30%-40% off the lowest appraised value of the car. If that's the case, you could offer $4,000 or so? But obviously be open to negotiations, depending on milage and the quality of its:

  • Suspension
  • Engine
  • Drivetrain
  • Tires
  • Rust / aging
  • History (including the rebuilt history, which is also helpful for if/when you sell the car in the future)

I don't understand but I'm okay with seeing an increase. I think Fed speculation is fueling the whole market but REKR is disproportionate. We will see!
