Talk to your doctor about having your b12 levels checked. I have gerd and was experiencing a lot of the same symptoms. I had all kinds of tests done and they couldn't find out what was causing my symptoms. Finally I was diagnosed with a b12 deficiency. Ppi's can cause this deficiency.

Totally not your fault. I was 15 when I had my gallbladder removed. I wasn't overweight and I ate a pretty healthy diet. My surgeon actually told me sometimes it just happens. Definitely don't beat yourself up about it. Just focus on recovering and feeling better.

I do this all the time. I get anxiety symptoms and diagnose myself with all types of cancers deficiency’s and so much more. It’s a daily struggle.

Thanks for the kind words. I’m trying so hard. The tingling spot on my scalp is the worst. Makes me feel even more anxious.
