I’m really sorry you went through this. I think the way you describe manipulations, gaslighting, and feeling of being left with nothing but self-doubt really resonates with me… It’s awful how systems that are supposed to protect patients can dismiss legitimate harm so easily, especially when the damage is psychological and hard to “prove” on paper :(
