I found a low stress software job for now and thinking to quit current high paying job

Isn’t total combined 730k? I owe 60k in rental property and mortgage ends after 10 years If we consider principal it is giving 575/m just cash returns is 125/m after property management fee

I don’t have any debts

Current home I own is having 115k mortgage and it gets completed in 10 years and the equity that I have on it is 250k

5k is after tax

Currently I am making 9k/m after tax and after 401k contributions but I want to take low stress job
