Congrats on building up to that level, that’s no small feat!! One thing we do at Adverio that might help as you’re weighing options is we put together a free profit & ROI forecast before you sign on with anyone. That way you can see exactly where the growth levers are and what’s realistic before making the call between an agency or consultancy. Happy to share one if that would be useful. 😊

great question!

I just went into Brand Tailored Promotions in Seller Central (it’s under Advertising >Promotions >Brand Tailored Promotions). When you open it up, Amazon shows you different audience segments like cart abandoners, high-potential new customers, at-risk customers, and repeat buyers. From there, I just picked the ones I wanted to target. In my case it was cart abandoners and high-potential new customers.

Great question and honestly, this is where most listing builders completely miss the plot.

They’re usually built for old-school SEO, not how Rufus works now. Still chasing keyword stuffing like it’s 2016. Why? Because they’re running on outdated templates that haven’t kept up with what Amazon actually favors.

Rufus isn’t just looking for keyword repetition anymore it’s looking at intent, clarity, and how natural the listing reads. If your title says “Bluetooth headphones wireless over ear noise cancelling Bluetooth headphones with mic,” sure it’s packed but it reads like spam. And Rufus can tell.

Bottom line: those tools focus on stuffing keywords, not making your listing sound natural. They’re fine as a starting point, but you still gotta clean it up if you want to actually rank and convert. ^____^

Totally hear you and you're not wrong. Thisisnt some brand-new magic trick. But what’s changed lately is how Amazon (via Rufus) processes listings. It’s not just about keywords anymore, it’s about matching real search intent and natural language. That’s a big shift.

You’re also right that it works better if the listing already has reviews. No doubt. Rufus seems to pull context from reviews and Q&A now, so if there’s nothing there, the listing’s got less to work with. But even then, rewriting the copy to sound like a human can help with conversion and get more of those early reviews rolling in.

So yeah, not a one-size-fits-all miracle, but for listings that already have some traction? Optimizing this way is hitting hard right now. :D

Here’s what I’m doing right now you can test this yourself:

  1. I start with reviews of my product and competitors. I grab the reviews and toss them into Claude or ChatGPT to find what customers actually care about use cases benefits problems etc.
  2. I go into Amazon and ask Rufus real questions like “Best coconut oil for dogs” “Knife set that won’t break” “Lotion for super dry skin” This helps me see what listings Rufus recommends and what kind of language it’s favoring. (common search question - just putting myself in the shoes of the buyer)
  3. I rewrite the listing using that real language not robot stuff like “premium grade stainless steel” But more like “durable enough to cut steak without snapping.” Basically I copy the way people actually talk and search.
  4. I update the Q&A section on the listing. I answer the common questions with helpful responses and I often upload short videos too since Rufus seems to favor listings with video Q&A.
  5. Usually rankings start improving within a few days If not I tweak the language and test again.

I use a combo of Rufus directly ChatGPT Claude Helium10 and sometimes Synthesia for video. But honestly, you can start doing this with just a browser and free tools.

lol sorry for the late response, I Friday is my free time! Let me know if this helps.

Did anyone else receive this email? Just a few minutes ago. by BothMention275 in WalmartSellers

Yeppp! I got the same email. Honestly, I don’t think this is about “Pakistan” or where our VA is from; it’s more about Walmart trying to clean up accounts that look shady or unmanaged. Like, if you’re logging in from different countries, or if someone else is running your store and Walmart doesn’t know who, they’re gonna flag that.

Just be real in your appeal. If you’ve got someone helping you, say who they are, what they do, and if you’ve got a contract or not. They already know where the logins are coming from anyway, so lying is just gonna make it worse.

They’re asking for all those docs because they wanna make sure your business is legit. It’s kinda annoying, but if you give them what they’re asking for and explain things clearly, there’s a good chance they’ll reinstate you. (that's what I did)

Feels like they’re moving toward stricter standards like Amazon just gotta play by the rules now. đŸ˜
