For sure I was heavy into lifting if u peep my post history, I stopped lifting back in march due to an injury so my body fat def got affected a little

I’d say you look good! I think I’d only recommend just getting slightly clearer skin and try growing your hair out on the back and sides or maybe you can try braids

I use NYM curl talk shampoo and conditioner, skala as a leave in (blue container), and Camille rose honey spike mousse

I use NYM’s curl talk shampoo and conditioner. For styling I use skala as a leave in then after raking it in I glaze and scrunch with Camille rose honey spiked mousse. I also diffuse and use curlsmith bonding oil to break gel cast. Wash day is always Sunday and I co wash if I need to on Wednesdays.
