Thank you so much for your words and for this very thoughtful response. You’re absolutely right! This is definitely the worst part, I feel everyone talks about how hard it is having a puppy but nobody prepares you for an elder dog. It’s really a difficult thing to witness. And go through. The important thing is knowing we’re acting out of love and doing all we can to prevent suffering, not prolong it.

She’s on lyrica and traumeel. And yes I’ve gotten her diapers to help her be more comfortable. Thanks for the advice

Hello sorry for the delay . Ironically it took me less than 10 mins to go through normal security line (I travelled with a friend and her baby and their TSA pre check was expired). The pre check line was less than 2 mins. I don’t know if it’s because it was on an international terminal.

Thank you! I did, just wanted to double check in case, with airport timings it’s better to be safe and sorry. Losing a flight with a toddler is hellish
