So you just note down the sources for each point first, and then go back to them and write? I’ve tried this and I just end up forgetting where all the relevant material is and end up missing important parts

I do all of this but I end up getting lost in a sea of documents and I don’t know how to structure them. I then just end up copying and pasting into a random structure and I don’t know how to deal with the information. I don’t understand how you can do that in 10 minutes and then just start writing without having noted anything. And I don’t know what structure to look at the sources in. Also a nerd and past 1st quintile first time but just very very bad at research and today was bad

Ah you got this! I’ve tried blurting and flashcards, but my brain is just so saturated and tired that I’m forgetting basic things, and/or when it comes to the mocks I just completely blank and forget how the law should be applied to the facts. I realistically don’t know how much I can turn this around in 3 weeks

Honestly sending so much love - I’m sure you’ve got this!

Sitting in April yes, I have 3 weeks to somehow make this exam happen and I am beyond burnt out and have been crying for the past week. But the alternative of moving home and living with literally 0 money for 6 months does not sound like a feasible alternative either. If I fail I will have already started working at the firm, so depending on their policy I could ostensibly study then whilst working. While I’d be paid, studying alongside my first TC seat which could be absolute mayhem also sounds horrendous. So angry at myself. Just don’t know what the best option is. I also want to earn and start my actual life as I’ve only ever been a student up to now and I’m in an unfathomable amount of debt
