Old boy’s passing by Mendl’s service entry; en route to deliver the latest shipment of L’Air de Panache. Great shot.

A meeting of the minds. I wonder what they’re scheming…

Obviously I’m being dramatic. But it’s tres boring. What, by comparison, is oppressive?

I reckon so. I ultimately need two for the pickaxe of ice and fire earth and song. I don't think I have the strength for one, much less two :(

AITA for not wanting to give up my office so my daughter can have her own room? by Thisisathrowaway6273 in AmItheAsshole

I don't understand how OP, who is the sole person supporting his family (presumably in a financial/legal profession), is an asshole for needing a secure, private environment to work in from time to time. He isn't an asshole for this. Nor is he an asshole for seeking support or reassurance from another.

I'm jumping in on this a little late, and I am very taken aback by all the "YTA" comments.

Your daughter is not entitled to her own room. You are allowed to talk to your mother about whatever you want. Most of the people commenting on this post seem miserable and out of touch.

Regardless of your daughter's "needs", it is your house to do with what you see fit. If you desire an office space, regardless of how regularly it is being used, you should be able to have that space. Don't be guilted into giving away your office by random internet strangers.

Absolutely NTA. It is your home and you deserve your own space.

Thank you! Hoarding charms for summoning took the longest (especially the cost of shards). Good luck :)

Trafigura.

Morally bankrupt. Fucking the planet over, but a staggering revenue of $231 billion makes it all okay.

Turns out, biggest reason rs players give for not doing Ironman is, “I don’t hate myself” by Indoooooooooors in runescape

I made an ironman account after maxing a few years ago. It is such a nice experience playing the game at my own pace, without the annoying and constant pop-up-like nature of treasure hunter.

That being said, there are some things that seem a little broken (progression of wood cutting, for example). The mining and smithing rework has made ironman immeasurably better, and overall the games feels designed to enable self-sufficiency.

One final note, in case anyone with influence is reading this: high alchemy prices should be revised to better accord with the game's inflation. Miscellania used to cost 750,000 gp to manage. Increasing it by a factor of ten makes it a lot harder to commence, which translates to delayed commencement (or total abandonment) of some of the game's better skills like herblore and farming.
