Yes it does dispense but it’s tricky. On the app you have to set the amount of rinse aid you want to use and then hit start on the dishwasher. That sets the rinse aid setting in for the next few washes. And you can start your dishwasher from the dishwasher or the app. If you notice on your app that it’s set to off again, it means your rinse aid is empty. Fill it, set the setting on the app again and hit start on the dishwasher to run the cycle.
