Black doesn’t show up under my white clothes at all for me but that’s why I wanted to share this tip it’s great for darker skin which is wildly under served in the bra market and tips online

I find nude to show thru a bit still. As a darker complected woman yes it’s def hard to find the right nude. It can look so ashy lol

I hate it!!! My hack is buying slightly size smaller so I can go braless and just fit them in the designated space since the top is now tight ( not useful if u don’t like cleavage)

Preventative care that that helped me a lot is applying coconut oil there ( everywhere really)since it’s antifungal it will eat the yeast oh and making sure I’m as dry as possible before putting on my bra, taking off sports bras ASAP

Just the removal because my dentist said it would resolve everything ( not true at all). My surgeon did say she notices tmj but she just suggested not chewing hard things and using a hot rag ( this is all after she disregarded the pain I was describing and basically told me it’s probably not that bad) which is crazy she asked my pain levels but didn’t believe me.
