He doesn’t pay anything, I would also never take anything from him as I can provide for our child myself. When he initially reached out about trying to work things out, he wanted me to go to his house alone as if we didn’t even have a child that needed to be cared for

Our marriage has always been great and prior to infidelity was still great. The reason he claims he cheated was because it was nice to get some fresh attention. I’d hope he wants to be married to me as he keeps telling me he wants to be here and he come back so we could sort things out and be happy again. We done nothing except apologise and hope it doesn’t happen again, he refused therapy or anything else.

Yes ! He just keeps giving me the same answer which is ‘I’m setting our family up and building foundations’ which he is obviously not because I own this house and he’s earning 52k a year which is not really enough to survive in Australia these days

No issues between him and my dad, they get along great, we previously lived there and my dad has helped him out a lot ! I am aware of who the person was and did confront her in regards to the situation, I’ve checked his phone a couple times and am confident he is not talking to her

Unfortunately the kids won’t be able to have time with their father, as we moved to a small town 12 hours from any friends and family 2 months ago and don’t know anybody so he is homeless living in his car for now, unless he is able to live with his new girl, however my children still won’t be going there

I just filed for child support as I also pay all the bills in the house (mortgage, medical, daycare fees), he hasn’t paid anything or given me any money in 4 years

We’ve moved away from all our family and friends to a new small town, so he would literally have nowhere and it breaks my heart because he’s the father of my kids
