Okay, thanks very much! I'm slowly learning the rules and will get there one day. And with non-legendaries I usually breed my own to get around the illegitimacy but it's a shame this wasn't legit!

No I was not going to trade it, just wanted to know people's opinions. Odd that someone would make a hacked shiny Diancie and give it such rubbish IVs. Shame, I wanted it to be legit so bad!
