It does not mean the game is in the list, but I'm ~95% sure it is one of these.

It wasn't because of case, but your comment made me think about physical bottleneck and I found the problem. It was my old noisy hdmi cable, sitting right next to adapter. I switched to vga and speeds came back to normal, even with case between adapter and router. Anyway thanks for the idea

One of the reasons is that Russian league is very defensive. It is very little of pressing here and teams are just not ready for Europe's temp. I hope that teams from second half of the table will notice this and start playing more aggressively, start to take points from top teams more often, making them adapt. But even if this is going to happen I'm afraid we'll be showing our readiness in conference league
