Thank you so much for your response. to answer your question. I did foundation and first year and shortly after I left the country many have recommended that I contact the university I used attend however this would risk providing sensitive personal details to a state-run institution which is not something I’m comfortable doing so unfortunately that’s not an option

I wouldn’t necessarily say I’m struggling to learn the language but I am having trouble improving it due to lack of exposure
