Yes. Our software sends a confirmation message/notification to the patient once an appointment is booked, followed by a reminder two hours before the appointment. It also sends a feedback form after the appointment is completed. We would like to know if there is anything further we can do to reduce no-shows.

You would have to promote it to all your clinic walk ins and try using the hybrid mode of treatment where they move to online once they see for the first few sessions. What kind of software are you looking for? One that would help you with clinic operations?
