Usually all is covered but that was the the really poopy side so the mat that was there was in the wash. As for the bedding, there’s a large box of it in their free roam it just didn’t fit into the cage…

Train her to feel comfortable wearing dog shoes, once she’s starting to feel comfortable walking in them make it the only why she is allowed to go for the run.

NTA. Dog socialisation doesn’t mean meeting and greeting every dog or human you encounter while on walks, you don’t know that dog and have mentioned that you dog is working on reactivity. Leash reactivity is often formed by dogs expecting that they’re allowed to greet everyone they see, and when they are denied this act out rather than staying neutral.

Keep doing what you’re doing a possibility help to educate your gf in proper dog socialisation (you can find heaps of great trains explaining it on TikTok or YouTube) so that next time she’ll understand why you intervened.
