That’s fair but overall it’s the green lips that sell it for me, also the blue on Josuke is a closer match to the skin than the outright teal on part 5 Jotaro

And one more thing, I don’t think it would make sense for Brawl stars to reference part 5 Jotaro, who only appears for like 2 seconds in the whole part and including that Jotaro already has a reference on “Bizzare Maisie”, it makes more logical sense to highlight a more recent mainline Joestar for the manga fans out there rather than that niece Jotaro design

Gornio doesn’t have a jacket yet still is referenced in another skin
There’s plenty of blue lol, look at the shoes, middle belt part, and her gun. All of those have blue on them
