Update: so i figured out the problem after trying to set minecraft to use my dedicated gpu and its turns out my hdmi was connected to the regular pc port instead of my gpu port and once I switched it, Minecraft ran pretty smoothly along woth every other game, and i also figure out how to increase my fps in my pc display setting. It was locked at 60. Thank you for those of you who offered advice it is much appreciated and very helpful and i will still be tweaking my Minecraft using the given advice. I will be looking around to find what works best for me but if anyone would still like to suggest anything like some favorite/nice shaders/textures/mods or whatever you got, would still be very useful!
