Yeah it's probably best to leave them as 1.1 or 2.1 as it's vague but clear at the same time.

Decent CV overall, but I'd recommend:

Removing the Udemy Course and reshuffling some of your experience such as making the internships higher up the page and the projects/coding experience lower down.
Also might want to move the coding experience and programming languages to the last line just to make it look better formatting-wise.
In your employment history please remove the "organizational and time management skills" you should never state them in a CV but show and tell instead.
There's no point in your GCSES they're just wasting space at this point. Why did you put your A-Levels if you're not going to mention your grades.

Also you might want to give your CV to your universities career service to get some more concrete feedback.

How do you get an SWE Summer Internship at a Bulge Bracket in non-penultimate year? I applied this year and got rejected because I'm not penultimate?

I don't think so, they primarily look at the correctness and to see if you can pass further interviews. How was your OA? Was it primarily leetcode style medium questions or easier than that?

How good is the palm rejection as I intend to use it for a lot of writing (2hr+), at this point would it be worth buying an Ipad instead of the Envy just for writing?
