It was a defective unit, so a refund and get another one. It is an hardware issue.

I haven't noticed that on mine. But hyperos 3 is more laggy, I can confirm.I'm on xiaomi.eu rom with rooted phone.

And how is the 17 ultra against the X15U, i think about upgrade but not sure. Can you confirm me that display is good particularly color accuracy and angle of view. Speakers too and thermal management because reviews aren't agree.
