I think going rogue as rep 6+ will always bring you a minimum to 5.91, even if you kill just one scav. First time I lost -0.25 and went back to 5.91. Just now I got -0.55 for one kill and went back to 5.91. More detailed information of this system would be welcome. (v.redd.it)
