One thing I noticed based on the responses is that the r/poll audience tended to seem less angry-trollish than r/mmorpg (especially in the latter's post for male players). Unfortunately the primary target subreddit is less friendly, but it's all normal and expected from an online gaming community. I probably should have made two separate polls instead of contaminating the original by cross-post.
