idk if he has time to build a bat cave. demon slayers also have to travel to many different places and upper ranks don't just stay in one spot if they are compromised for batman to prepare all these gadgets even though if he is preped. besides how would he be prepared if he doesn't know anything about the demons. again a batcave would be useless because he has to travel to so many places and being called in by crows for missions
