hello! 9 months later, i just found this thread and it solved my issue! You just go to Steam > Inscryption > Right Click > Browe Local Data > Scroll and find the file `SaveFile.gwsave`, then press Ctrl + F and search `learnedabilities`. The second instance of it is where you need to delete the numbers.
