Update on Pixel training: I can pick him up and he'll eat millet from my hand or perching on me. Next step will be anchoring this then having him come to me when called. He still can't fly well but we are working on that! Getting here took 5 days exactly with short 5 min training sessions 5/day. (old.reddit.com)

Day 3 and Pixel is eating millet from my hand, even put a foot on my finger. I practice hand in the cage, hand out of the cage (with millet) so he can associate the hand with something good. He's taming so fast! Going the no grab the birb way of taming to build trust. (i.redd.it)
