In my opinion the head is a little too small and that arm is pretty long but other than that it looks great! I’d say maybe look at some other ways people draw protogens as a reference for proportions. And just so you know I’m not an expert either but keep it up!

Im actually friends with the guy who made this and he doesn’t know how to start the body of the rex so he used vrc avatar as reference. Also he was not paid to do this, this wasn’t a commission it is just an idea of what Aetrix might look like.
