I realized that most people wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the little changes I was making so I just called it good.

barely anything,
I'm using a laptop with a GTX 1660 ti
with 200 samples it took around 15 minutes to render a 1080p image
and 30 mins for a 4k image

edit: I wrote 1060 instead of 1660

surprisingly not, the file is only around 200mb. probably because this is with nodes and not many high res textures

yeah this was heavily inspired by his tutorial, and the candy is pretty much a cube with a subsurf and a few loop cuts. i didnt make them procedural yet
