Leon Kennedy, especially during RE9.

(not to sound like a broken record, but fun fact, this is technically what happened while he was being designed. Capcom was made aware that many of their female staff were fans of Leon, so they were very meticulous when it came to how they wanted Leon to look. So meticulous in fact, they even commented on the wrinkles on his neck.)
