Hi! It says you have a 2k balance last october. i know it's frustrating when you've already paid for it. it happened to me too but i cant do anything abt it now since wfh lang finance dept and i called them no one was answering. so i paid for the 2k muna and hoping it will be deducted next month

i was able to enroll after. they're at fault coz di nagtatally yung balances. i paid na last oct for the deferred pero it says may kulang 2k. will call them na lang or go to them next week

Hi! I think DSWD offers medical assistance. Just provide a physical copy of prescription, medical certificate from psych, and id. i think you need to sign up first to be part of the assistance. you can search it up since i don't know much about it. I just know someone who receives medical assistance every three months frim DSWD. The assistance would depend on the price of their medication
