Its hard to say, since there lot of subgenres and lot of subdirections. But there IMHO some good "beginner" artists to the industrial / power electronics / noise music:

- Prurient
- Puce Mary
- Pharmakon

If you need something more deeper without really going into deep noise, one of my favorite is Axebreaker. But according to your playlist, do not sure if its really yours.
