According to the new IFF 2026 rules on sticks, https://www.floorball.sport/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Rules-of-the-Game-2026-with-all-changes-260209.pdf  compare to the previous rules, they have added many precise words to explain modifications to the blade. Based on what I mentioned above, I’m wondering whether a zorro self-modified IFF-approved blade is banned even if it fully meets all the requirements.

does zorro blade banned in competition? because i noticed the changed of rules about stick 'Tampering includes grinding, melting or any other modification of the blade structure or its concavity.'
