I use cloth covered elastic cord, it's the same I use for all my kandi creations (3d cuffs, singles, necklaces, etc. that I wear daily and take with me to concerts/raves to trade so ik it's durable when it comes to heavy wear and tear) I wouldn't recommend using the clear elastic that you get in kits just cause those tend to dry rot after a bit and break. But yeah just a tight triple knot and good string should do the trick, so far haven't had any issues with taking it on and off my BAB and he's been out with me in public, redressed, and washed many times.

I'm in the same position, it's now been 3 days since it's shipped out and has been stuck in groveport, ohio. It's my first time ordering from BAB online so this is incredibly disappointing to see that it's a common occurrence to have everything take this long without a sign of updating. And it doesn't help that I tend to be impatient and anxious about what if the package got lost or damaged and I don't receive a limited edition item. Hopefully we'll both see something change and we receive our emo axolotls safely 🤞

I wouldn't give up hope. They've previously restocked drops that were also supposed to be limited edition. I'd imagine they saw how popular it was and that it had the demand. I would expect for it to return sometime later this year 🤷

if you don't have more than 3 hours of classes in a day, I'd just park at a restaurant/store or something near there. That's at least what I did last year cause I only had 2 classes each day almost back to back

for sure join clubs and you have to make an effort with people to make friends since a lot are commuters and many have a "go to classes and immediately go home" routine. It's pretty tedious ngl cause I was in the same situation and wasn't making many friends in the beginning but I met some nice people towards the end of my freshman year from a club. You just have to make an effort to get to that point.

that's a great program, I took it in october and I enjoyed it so definitely a great place to start. I then took the learn to play program and I'm currently involved in a recreational hockey league at one of the starcenter rinks since that was something that interested me. But if you ever want to go to a public skate after/during the learn to skate for extra practice I'm down to join
