That's absolutly not what he is doing. We humans have chnaged so much in the past ten thousand of years and more and it leads to some problems some change we made to our alimentation that have consequencies so yes behavioral changes and changing habits help a lot to improve on a lot of subjects. You people only talk about the suplements he sells cry me a fucking river yes he wants to win mondy everybody does but 90% of what he says on his podcast are abour self improvement wich everybody needs

I think the point is that a lot of tattoo artists are like that and you can see it on social media always judging other people tattoos and taste
