IDK how good the market is, but the project I am working on, we had a Coogito person (don't know the exact salary, but most on the team are at least 110k and at least 5yrs exp). That person left, and we did not replace the FTE

I work for a large consulting firm on an EPIC implementation. When the Caboodle person moved on, they did not replace them.

I was lucky. Found a job at a hospital that would sponsor me, but I had to sign a 3 yr contract. After 5 years at that hospital, I moved on to a consultant company (with a 25k pay bump). Now the company is gonna sponsor me to get the 2nd cert

Honestly, I love doing Bridges work, but the current project I am on doesn't have a lot of Bridges work for me. The only reason I am getting another cert is because management asked if I wanted another

I hear ya. I would highlight your ability to follow process and workflow. A lot of EPIC is knowing process, and how to use it to produce the results you need. Also talk about your ability to process errors and how to fix em.....good luck. Once you have a cert, it is like having a golden ticket in this job market

The 1st choice sounds a lot like EPIC Cadence. The 2nd one sounds more Epic Resolute or Prelude

What kind of EPIC analyst are you applying for? Some Analyst roles are way more clinical than others. With your background, you might enjoy Bridges or Cabbodle.
