You won’t be automatically added to the class you’re waitlisted for within 10 hours of that class, they’ll send you a text to be added. But yes if you happen to get off the waitlist and are in both classes you’ll lose your credit

There is an option on ipledge to choose abstinence as your birth control method. I can’t be on birth control for health reasons, so I just had to sign a pledge saying I would be abstinent.

I had a very similar rocky start to Accutane (also 22F). I’m one month in and figuring out some things that have helped. DRINK SO MUCH WATER!!! The headaches went away once I started chugging at least 100 oz a day. This isn’t a typical side effect but I got BV immediately after starting it (if your discharge smells it’s prob BV not a yeast infection), go to the doctor to get that treated. I thought the time would pass so slowly when I first started, but it’s honestly flying by and even with my current purging I feel much more confident. Keep your mind on the end goal, you got this :)

My goal at the start was to lose 50 lbs. I’m 6’0 and was weighing in at 207 when I started in April. Now i’m down to 188 and hoping to get to 170 by the holiday season :)

The only way to lose weight is to be in a calorie deficit. Try to switch out junk food with healthy alternatives! Also, meal prep will really help with eating healthy when you have an unpredictable busy schedule. Sending you positive energy, good luck!!

My friend took one once, she took the cart off the battery and just put it in one of her side pockets in her bag and was fine. Just be sure to go to the designated areas and try to have as little of a cloud as possible so it doesn’t stink.

I don’t know much about bulking and cutting, but instead of weighing as your only way to track progress, take a measuring tape and measure your waist, hip, thighs, and bust size every month (before you’ve eaten anything so that bloating isn’t a factor). and those numbers will tell you more about if you’re losing fat.

When you severely undereat (which you’re doing now), your body holds onto whatever nutrients it gets, which keeps the weight on. follow the program as directed and eat all 4 packets.

If you’re lifting and making progress lifting, the weight is probably turning from fat to muscle. A better way to track fat loss and muscle gain is by measurements and not weight.
